"500 Spins of the Same Pokestop"

#PokemonGO: EDIT: Percentages in item type table are off. I'll be fixing that soonTMEDIT2: Percentages fixed. Potions were listed as making up 30.99% of all items, but are instead 12.28% of all items. As before, Eggs are weird, I haven't addressed that yet. Thank you for all the suggestions. So, I work on a Pokestop and it has been slow in the office. To combat that and make sure I have a healthy supply of items at all times. Then I had a better thought, I should write this down to try to create some more data on what pokestops are doing and potentially catch times Niantic adjusts pokestop item frequencies. I am only Level 29, so once I switch to 30 I can observe how things change with Max Revives available. Here is what I have found so far. My goal is to eventually gather 10,000 spins from this stop and 2,500 from two other stops in the park I frequent. Right now I only have data from the work stop. The following is from Jan 6th to Jan 19th.ItemNumberPercentage of ItemsPokeball77647.90%Great Ball23614.57%Ultra Ball895.49%Razzberry1076.60%Potion19912.28%Super Potion654.01%Hyper Potion442.72%Max Potion211.30%Revive754.63%Eggs187.34%Total1,620100.00%/107.34%Items Per SpinPercentage of Spins378.40%419.40%52.00%620.20%Note 1: 31 spins had an open space for Egg. The percentage of Eggs is the total number of Eggs divided by the total number of items given from spins with open spaces for at least one Egg. This will result in the total percentages of items being more than 100.00% 1 Egg was 2km and 7 Eggs were 5km. I was unable to keep data on which pokemon hatched from those Eggs. Perhaps another project.Note 2: Yes, I received 6 items from a non-first spin of the day, non-10 unique chain spin on 1/12/2017 at 11:11am Eastern. I can provide a screen shot of my journal after that spin.Raw Data on a GoogleDoc via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2k8oSYV
