"[META] Venusaur"

#PokemonGO: Now that the starter event is over, we can assume that most active players, for the first time ever, have a decent Venusaur. Will that impact the meta at all, considering the ubiquity of Vaporeon as a defender? I believe that a good Venusaur is the most important attacking pokemon. It may not be quite as strong as a dragonite, even against Vaporeon, but it performs amazingly against the most common defender.
