"[Question] Is the PoGo+ usable for you after the last update?"


#PokemonGO: I'm having heck of a time getting the pg+ to work consistently after the most recent update. Is anyone NOT seeing problems with this latest update?Observations between the last version and this one: * During initial pairing, the "Available Devices" screen takes forever to show up. Previously, it seemed to show up immediately after pressing the button. Now it sometimes won't show up at all. * Once paired, and working correctly, it stops working when taking the app into background background. It frequently thinks the network is down, even with good cell coverage. (The red buzzing). When I re-enter the app, it shows the "no network" at the top but almost immediately recovers as soon as it's in the fore-ground. So it seems the app fails to detect data now, while in the background. * Re-pairing after disconnect almost never works without more significant action (reboot app or usually frequently reboot the device entirely).Now mind you, I did have to re-pair on occasion before this update, but it seems to be to the point where it's an order of magnitude worse after this last update. Or is it just me?I had just got this device last week and was enjoying it quite a bit, even with it's quirks (really bad catch rate, lag with detecting poke stops, etc). I've replaced the battery.
