"[RESEARCH] First result - Rare egg drop"

#PokemonGO: Hi Travelers, yesterday i make a post asking for you to compile a Google form to find the distribution of rares in egg.If you want to compile the form here's the link: http://ift.tt/2ifJLza, we've already reach a dataset of 16837 egg so i feel confident to share some initial result.Here's an image with the percentage result: http://ift.tt/2id21Gf you can see seem that the overall percentage of rare egg is 2,44% (this means one rare egg every 40/41 eggs). Lapras is the rarest one to get with only 0,21% of chance (according to this you will probably hatch a Lapras every 478 eggs) and the most common rare is Dratini 0,36% (a Dratini every 278 eggs).I've also made a little calculator: setting as input the number of eggs you have hatched and which one of the rares you still miss, the calculator will find the probability of this happen.http://ift.tt/2ifLN2f this example i've hatched 401 eggs and still haven't hatch a Snorlax, a Lapras or a Dratini...the chances to this happen is only 3,22% (this means i'm not so lucky).Anyway, i will be happy if some others of you will take the google form (the more of you will take the survey the more accurate will be the calculation), if you want to try the calculator here's the spreadsheet (it will request you to make a copy of it), let me know your tought on this.http://ift.tt/2idezNY hatching everyone!Edit: minor text fixesEdit 2: I've found a report about 11 egg with 4 Snorlax, 1 Chansey, 1 Porygon, 1 Dratini, 2 Areodactyl and 2 Lickitung...for the moment i've muted that report (because i found it very unlucky to happen and it will screw the research a little bit)...if you are here feel free to send a screenshot and will reenable your report, if it's not true...come on guys!!! via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2iYlVqs
