"Second Evolutions that are "better" than Third Evolutions"

#PokemonGO: Has anybody crunched the numbers and compiled a list of second evolutions that, for a given CP, are better than their third evolution counterparts? For example, Machamp's optimal attacking moveset would appear to be Karate Chop / Cross Chop, whereas Machoke can learn Low Kick, which has a better DPS and EPS than Karate Chop, as well as being faster which helps dodging. So if I want a 1200 CP fighting-type prestiger, Machoke (with the right moveset) will always be superior to Machamp. So does anyone have a view on which other Pokémon have a similar setup, where at a fixed CP, a less evolved form is better (either with a superior optimal moveset, or perhaps a better distribution of base stats)? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2jr1wtZ
