"Constructive Idea: Niantic Should Consider Making the Loading Screen Art Community Driven"

#PokemonGO: Since changing the loading screen art doesn't seem to be a HUGE priority for Niantic, and I see some users on here bothered by that, Niantic should have contests bi-Monthly or something like that to let the community pick some cool art to look at while the screen loads.
