"Honestly, I'd love a Team Leader prompt for auto rating after you catch a 100% IV Pokemon."

#PokemonGO: Would be awesome to have them appear and rate the Pokemon automatically for you, but only if it is a real 100%'er. Just a way of knowing you have just caught something special. I know they won't do it, but it would be much less stressful on us if they did.Edit: Explained: Right after you catch one, a prompt screen appears and your team leader talks to you and says congrats or wow, you just caught a special 100% pokemon, it is a rare treat or something cheesy like that so we don't have to appraise EVERYTHINGGGGGG we catch, also dissuades people from using the IV apps that may or may not cause captcha flags.
