#PokemonGO: TL;DR Wigglytuff with Pound / Hyper Beam is excellent for prestiging. It's a highly efficient choice against Gyarados, performing 94% as well as the best choice for that matchup. It's also great against Lapras, performing 91% as well as the best choice for that matchup. It's also great for Snorlax and any random defender you might not be prepared for.The below four are not nearly as useful as Wigglytuff, but could be worth considering:Slowpoke also performs well, but its low Max CP of 1032 limits its usefulness. It may still be worthwhile to save some in the 900+ range, for those rare occasions when you have to train against 1800-2000 CP defenders.Jigglypuff also performs well, but its low Max CP of 611 limits its usefulness. It may still be worthwhile to save some in the 500+ rangeLickitung isn't great, but it's above average. It's great if you want to play with a crazy oddball with an awesome attack animation.Chansey is an anomaly. It theoretically performs exceptionally well, but against tanky defenders like Snorlax and Lapras it will time out. Its low Max CP of 1259 is not a major problem, as a 1113 CP Chansey is able to defeat 2.8 Gyarados of 2600 CP.CaveatAll of these attackers have middling DPS. It may be more time- and potion-efficient to use a higher DPS attacker like Parasect.
