"Disappointment to excitment 100% Miltank"

#PokemonGO: So last night I was driving home from work and was going to my local towne center to just stock up on pokeballs by driving thru because they have so many pokestops there. I randomly pulled into a neighborhood close by to turn on goplus when a Miltank popped up my first ever. I was really excited and when I clicked on it I was about to throw my pokeball when the whole app closed....I was like its ok just restart and it will be there...it never reappeared. I restarted the app, my phone, everything and nothing. So needless to say I was pretty dissappointed...Today I had off so I was cleaning my backyard and doing work. I decided to go stop and get food and boba after a couple of hours of work. While I'm waiting for my drink I turned on pokemon go just to see whats around and boom...another Miltank spawns infront of me. I just thought to myself wow what luck because honestly last night I was really bummed because I kept thinking I wonder what the IV's were on the one that got away. But here infront of me is another chance. So raspberry and ultraball that fool and caught. Now I'm already happy at this point because I finally got one.
