"Dragonite: A Patience Story"

#PokemonGO: Ive been playing since Day 2 (was scared to dl the apk day 1). Nearly lv 34. Never once used a scanner or anything. Safe to say i love the game. Needed aero, tangela, and dragonite to complete gen 1 for months. Couple weeks ago got aero. Have had enough candies to get a dragonite for months as well, but refused to evolve because i didnt have a wonder dratini. So many times i wanted to evolve my 71% but held off to the point where i got up to 220 candies. Got a 10km egg yesterday. Thx to some great research i knew i had a 20% chance. Just hatched a 96% dratini. Evolved with amazing moves into dragonite. I couldnt be happier, want to cry. I love this dragonite so much more than i would have had i given in and evolved the 71% just cuz. My point is, be patient and keep chipping away and eventually good things will happen. I enjoy this game so much more because i dont race to catch em all or just evolve for the sake of evolving. Not trying to humble brag (because 9 months in having 1 dragonite isnt really an accomplishment that would impress people), but just wanted to post in case any travellers are feeling discouraged.http://ift.tt/2lMyvxO: you will enjoy this game, and your pokemon so much more if you're patient. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2mbE19c
