"Pokestop changes?"

#PokemonGO: Has anyone had a problem with getting the "please try again" message when spinning pokestop on a large group of stops? Me and a friend are at a nest that has about 9 stops and after about an hour we couldn't spin any of them but if we go to the couple of stops that are out of the way we can get items. Is it possible that a cap of how often a stop can be spun has been implemented? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2mC5Qab
