"Random Rare spawn points?"

#PokemonGO: There is a corner a block up from my house that cluster spawns 4-5 pokemon on the regular. But what is more interesting about this spot is that it seems to be a hot bed for "rare" pokemon. I moved to this location late fall last year and found an Onix there but didn't think anything of it. In the past two visits though I've found a Pupitar and a Crobat and during the Crobat run-in there was also a teddiursa and rhyhorn. It's not a nest at all but rare finds just seem to be here.TL:DR: Do certain spots have a higher spawn rate of rare pokemon and more specifically rare evolutions? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2m3v0xZ
