"We absolutely need a way to change or influence our Pokemon movesets"

#PokemonGO: I live in an area that doesn't get much Pokemon diversity, despite being a huge city. I've recently gathered enough Pokemon and candy to evolve 53 new species, which took me to level 30.I've been gathering these candies (and at least one 82,2%+ IV specimen) for since September. For some, like Alakazam and Dragonite, I've been trying to get candies since July. I've finished gathering candies for ~40 species during the last 2 or 3 weeks. The only reason I got Raichu, Charizard, Blastoise and Venosaur are the special events.These 53 species included all gym-worthy Pokemon that weren't Gyarados, Rhydon or Vaporeon..... and their movesets suck. I've looked over ALL of them, and pretty much all have a C or D (some even F!) ranked moveset (according to this website). What hurts the most, Dragonite AND Alakazam have D-ranked movesets. The absolute worsts.At this rate, I'll have another go at this in maybe 4 or 5 months. It's.... very discouraging. Now, if there was a way to change movesets, even if difficult, I could salvage this.edit: One has A-ranked moveset. Exeggutor.
