"What are the best allround prestigers?"

#PokemonGO: I learned how to prestige a few days ago over this forum. I've set up a prestiging team at "under 1400 CP" which I've had fun using.Setting the whole team to about the same CP strength is good to get the most points in the arena, but is 1400 a good cutoff? I chose it after thinking about it, but where's your cutoff if you do this?My team until now is:Primeape with counter/close combatPrimeape with karate chop/ cross chopKingdra with dragon breath/outrageKingdra with water gun/outrageTangela with vine whip/power whipMagneton with thunderschock/dischargeWigglytuff with pound/hyper beamSneasel with ice shard/avalanchePiloswine with powder snow/avalancheScyther with fury cutter-x-scissor (twice)Umbreon with snarl/foul playSteelix with dragon tail/heavy slam (still waiting for iron tail/heavy slam)By the way, scyther is surprisingly good against snorlax (mainly for eggxecutor and otherplant)! Otherwise, it's ice against dragonite, magneton against gyarados, fighting against snorlax, despotar and blissey (I haven't bothered prestiging against blissey yet), tangela against rhydon and aquana.
