"Which Pokemon have you maxed out or do you plan to max out? Why?"

#PokemonGO: I'm curious to see which Pokemon people have maxed out, whether it be for their love of that pokemon or it's usefulness in this game. The Pokemon that I've maxed out are: Gyarados - 98% - Bite/HP - Great attacker + great attacking moveset + excellent IVs.Vaporeon - 96% - WG/AT - Excellent defensive moveset + excellent IVs.Vaporeon - 91% - WG/HP - Excellent offensive moveset + great IVs!Dragonite - 85% - DT/O - Excellent all-around pokemon + excellent moveset (highest DPS Dragon moveset in the game) + good IVsGolem - 85% - RT/SE - He's a beast! Excellent attacker + excellent attacking moveset (highest DPS Rock moveset in the game). Good IVs, not great but I'm using it primarily for attacking. It's IVs are plenty good for attacking and it's moveset is much more important for that.Jolteon - 85% - TS/TB - Excellent attacker + excellent moveset (highest DPS Electric moveset in the game). Wrecks Gyrados and beats Vaporeons. Again, good IVs, not great but I'm maxing it for the same reasons as Golem above.Snorlax - 82% - ZH/HB - Excellent all-around pokemon + excellent moveset + good IVs on a very rare pokemon.Tentacruel - 87% - PJ/HP - Mostly because it's one of my all time favorite Pokemon. Good attacker against most common gym defenders but Tentacruel really exceeds as a defensivemon. Very 'tanky' and many useful resistances to common attackers including Fighting (Machamp/Primape), Poison (Gengar), Bug (Scizor, Heracross), Steel (Scizor, Steelix), Fire (Arcanine, Flareon), Water (Vaporeon, Kingdra, Gyarados), Ice (Lapras, Kingdra) and Fairy (meh). Max CP is it's limiting factor as a defender but assuming a CP rework or elimination is coming it should become a top defender.I would've maxed out my 91% Kingdra and 85% Scizor but while I'm lucky with getting evolution items, I'm unlucky with the movesets those Pokemon get. My Kingdra got WG/Blizzard and my Scizor got BP/NS :(All of my top Rhydons have Megahorn, my 91% Exeggutor got BS/Seed Bomb, and my Espeon got ZH/P so I'm not evolving any of those either. The Pokemon I plan to max out are: 93% Gastly if it gets the same or a better moveset than my 85% Gengar with Hex/Sludge Bomb.Porygon2 I'm still walking my Porygon but I plan on maxing Porygon2 out because it's one of my favorite pokemon. So Which Pokemon have you maxed out or do you plan to max out?
