"Change my view: players should only be able to place 10 pokemon in gyms."

#PokemonGO: I believe that players should only be able to place 10 pokemon in gyms. That means that there would be no safety net, and no guarantee of 100 coins per day (perhaps even ever?). That means that players would have to actively take part in the gym scene--every day--to truly be the best. Is there an actual problem with this?
