"Have evolution items started to "nest"?"

#PokemonGO: I carefully documented getting all the evolution items earlier this year (http://ift.tt/2nswqH9) and couldn't find any patterns.Recently, something seems different. I got a Metal Coat from a nearby church on my 7-day spin. A few days later, so did my godson. The next day, so did my other godson. Two days later, their mother tried, and so did she. Then, I got another one the next streak.This week, my eldest godson wanted an Up Grade. So, I took him to the temple where I got two a few weeks ago. He got one as well. I'll be taking his brother there next.RGN can absolutely account for any and all patterns, but PoGo can also change server-side behaviors.So, I'm going to start tracking again, but I was wondering if anyone else was seeing stable evolution item locations recently? (I searched, didn't find anything, but Reddit...)Edit: I neglected to mention the multiple Sun Stones I got from the nature preserve stop.
