"The Pokemon power-up-to-level-40 bug is getting out of hand!"

#PokemonGO: Almost all gyms near my home town have CP 3670 Tyranitar and/or CP 3581 Dragonite or other Pokemon in it, which are level 40.This "trick" worked before while powering up with multiple fingers at the same time until it got fixed by Niantic.There is still a possible way to do it - if you power up your Pokemon on multiple mobile advices at the same time.I would really like to know if Niantic will ever do something to stop it. Or the other way around, just let everyone power up their Pokemon to level 40 as it is supposed to be.Maybe /u/NianticGeorge and /u/NianticIndigo can write a statement on that issue? Are we able to power up to level 40 in the "near" future? Is this "glitch" banable?What else could Niantic do to fix this issue?
