"An Excellent Silph Road Anniversary Event for Texas!"

#PokemonGO: Shout Out to The Silph Road's Texas Ranger Ottokahn, /u/ottokahn, for organizing a great Pokemon Go Anniversary event in Houston, Texas. The event was held at the massive Hermann Park and all of the event adjacent pokestops were lured continuously. Pulled pork sliders kept the crowd fed, Houston Guide Team Liga, /u/TeamLiga, made TSR and PoGo buttons, cookies, as well as supplied a well-attended children's activity table. Trainer Molokai (I am sure I have this name wrong -somebody help me out) played an impressive personal collection of Pokemon tunes. who knew! We are not sure how Ranger Ottokahn did it, but the anniversary pikachu appeared in our pavilion and a machamp raid started at a nearby gym. Nice skills, Ottokahn! Thank you to the execs at TSR for providing stickers for the attendees. It was much appreciated by all in attendance.
