"Did Niantic juice the raid mons?"

#PokemonGO: I've been enjoying easy success with T4 raids, traveling with a group of around 7. Ive done about 40 T4 raids, and don't remember losing any.This evening, 8 of us couldn't take down a Lapras. Weren't even close. Failed 5 times.Then rolled down to an TTar, failed with a different 8, and then barely got it with 11.Edit to add: Did the mon scale with the number of people? We started the Lapras with 5 people and got it down to red. Then we added a level 35 player and actually did worse. Then added a level 32 and 38 player, and didn't do any better. Made no sense to do worse with 8 than 5.Edit: Some folks are commenting that the mon health was rubber banding. I can at least confirm my Lapras group all suffered Network Errors, lags, frozen/crashing apps. But I didn't notice any network errors on my T Tar fail. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2uiVjru
