"Hacker or bugged player account? A player in our town cannot be removed from gyms!"

#PokemonGO: I wish I could tag George here, but out of respect for his wishes and TSR's wishes I will not and let this thread run its course. I hope it reaches them somehow. We're not really sure how this is happening. Our community is not rushing to the conclusion that he is a hacker merely because there is literally no benefit to you if you are stuck in a gym forever. Also, with how new the gym update still is, its hard to believe that someone would have found a way to bug their account purposefully so that they cannot be removed from gyms. I'm leaning towards its a bug with the code, and hopefully an update will fix it. However, I have not heard of this problem happening anywhere else, and I check the Road daily. Our community is reporting this as much as possible to Niantic, but we want to do our due diligence and get this problem to the eyes of as many Niantic employees as possible, because as of right now any gym this player is in isn't even worth playing. And he keeps adding himself to more gyms, soiling the fun for more and more people. You can fight his Pokemon, and sometimes you can take their motivation down to their final fight. Whether its the first, second, or third fight, one of them will result in the Pokemon not being defeated at 0 HP left and you will lose as the timer runs its course. This happens no matter what gym the player is in, and no matter what Pokemon the player uses. Players report visual glitches with a gym he is in when scrolling through the players. I'm not posting any screen shots or gym/player info yet, but our community is currently collecting as much as possible and I'd be more than happy to share them with the appropriate people. Please, George or Indigo, help us get our game back! I don't want to see newcomers or people coming back to the game disappear because of these bugged gyms. It seems to be an ingame glitch or bug that attaches itself to specific players accounts. It is hard to tell, though. Hopefully it is fixed soon!
