"Instead of revives, give max revives on Tier 4 and 5 Raids"

#PokemonGO: I'm tired of gettng regular revives on raids, not only they are useless on high levels but they stack way too damn quickly. So, why instead of giving us 15 revives as prizes for completing the Legendary Raids, Niantic don't give us 1-10 max revives as prizes?
