"About the new 'No. of players in raid lobby' feature"

#PokemonGO: Today I went to a Suicune raid and there are obviously more than enough players on ground for the raid. However, when I ran the game and saw that there are only 2 players in the lobby and I asked around have anyone fought (it was still early into the 2 hours despawn time) and everyone said they are waiting for the number of players in raid lobby to increase before entering the raid lobby. I had zero hesitation and immediately went in and told everyone we can actually take suicune down. However, everyone was so worried and said there aren't enough people in the raid lobby! But wait! There are enough people on ground! They are not aware that everyone is waiting for everyone to join and thus no one initiated in increasing the raid lobby no. count! So how can this be solved? My personal feedback: Instead of raid pass been used when we enter the lobby, I suggest the raid pass to be used when the actual raid starts (after 120s countdown). That way, people will have no worries going into the lobby to wait and we can have a more accurate count of players on ground (if it's a shopping mall, it is hard to communicate who is raiding and who is not as players can be at different levels).TLDR; Change the usage of raid pass to when it actually starts (after 120s countdown) instead of when players enter raid lobby. It actually discourages everyone from entering and everyone is waiting for everyone via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2gFUcKg
