"The Unova Leauge is very underrated."
Remember when most fans hated Black and White because the series felt more like a reboot of the franchise? Both the video game and anime were like that. The video game was hated because you can't capture previous Gen Pokémon till after you beat the main story, not to mention how the designs on a few Gen 5 Pokémon weren't well received. Now, it gets praised for having an original story compared the last 4 games. The anime, however, the hate started when Pikacku lost to Snivy in the first episode. Then the hate continued when Iris, and Cilan tagged along with Ash, next came Ash's Pokémon , then most of their rivals, and then the Unova Leauge. Iris was a bad version of Misty and Cilan was a bad version of Brock. The rivals all sucked, except for Stephan. And only two of every Pokémon Ash owns is fully evolved, besides Charizard. But, I do give credit towards the writers of this series. Even though the Best Wishes series was weak, it did have it's shining moments, and that is the Unova Leauge!I think this Leauge was better than the Indigo one. It's pretty underrated. The fact that Ash beats a rival and they started to get along will fell overused if that done that to him and Trip. Cameron beats Ash with only 5 Pokémon. So what? It was funny, but brilliant as well. That shows how powerful Cameron can be with his Lucario. And yeah, I can agree to the whole Axew filler it was unnecessary. They could've had the one with Cameron battle a against Vergile, but it felt so rushed.Overall, I say this is better than the Indigo Leauge, and it's the most realistic compared to the other Leagues. The others seem to have the same formula: "Intro, facing side characters, facing rival, loses after the next match, and some random person won". This one however, mixes up the formula to be more original. But this is just my opinion. I say it's definitely worth a watch. Just only the Gym Battles and the Unova Leauge.EDIT: Spelling errors. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2eNOYLW
