"[BUG] Still experiencing the 2-item Pokestop problem? Let's troubleshoot together"

#PokemonGO: SUMMARY - there is still a small minority of us who are experiencing, 90% of the time, a downgrade of only 2 items per pokestop. While this was fixed for most players on Oct 11 2017, this minority is getting left behind. Let's share what we know so that we can find a pattern!Receiving only 2 items per Pokestop is devastating. Luckily, this was fixed for most players on Oct 11th. Unluckily, nearly a full week later, I'm one of the minority (2%? 5%? 10%?) who hasn't been fixed, and I can't play the game as frequently as a result. I may have to take a PokeHiatus. I'm worrying that if we can't find a root cause, Niantic may not be able to troubleshoot. So let's provide some stats and see whether there is a trend anywhere.Evidence points to this problem being server-side, not client-side (bug still exists no matter what the phone; friends using our phones don't see the issue at all).
