#PokemonGO: AFAIK a pokemon's highest level is : [trainer level] + 1.5And it caps at level 39. So a trainer lvl 38 can power up a pokemon to the maximum.However I don't understand why we have CpM values for level 39.5 and level 40 (0.79030001), and we're actually using them (a Dragonite's highest CP is 3581 which is obtained by using the CpM at level 40).I'm missing something... thanks via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2yVPR0C
