"How to handle gym hoarders"
#PokemonGO: I thought the whole concept of gym hoarding was dead with the gym rework, but lo and behold, there's a player in our town who is back at it.This is clearly a spoofer--he has an endless supply of 3000+ Blisseys, he has supposedly walked 11,000+ km (which would mean walking 25 km every day since the game began), and he jumps from gym to gym in the dead of night. He was a hoarder back in the old gym system to the point where no one in our town could play except for his team. I know at least 30-40 people who quit the game because they couldn't get in a gym and they couldn't stand seeing him collect his coins every day.The new gym system helped at first, but the same player is back at it. He takes gyms with his three spoofer accounts, and when you take it down even after waiting 8 hours he just re-takes it within minutes, and of course stuffs his Blisseys and Chanseys in. He does this any time of the day or night--if you're lucky, you might be able to get a gym between the hours of 3-6 AM but sure enough it's gone by the morning. If you try to retake it, he just uses his Golden Razz Berries (again, as a spoofer he has an endless supply) to frustrate you. A few advanced players in our town have tried to re-take gyms, but it's a losing battle.I've submitted many, many reports but Niantic just ignores them. The saddest part of this is that I know a lot of people in our town who loved the game, even some who came back after leaving, but now they're all leaving again because this loser just wants to sit back and feel some weird sense of satisfaction by making other people miserable (he clearly doesn't need to own all these gyms--he got gold badges on them months ago and he's not getting coins).Any advice, other than quitting the game myself? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2gYYPne
