"New PTC account can login to someone else account *Rant Update*"

#PokemonGO: To get the full story on what happen you can click HERE for info.As the post will say, I was able to log into someone else Game with a new PTC account. After changing their Pokemon names with a message o email me, I told them what happened and gave them the PTC account.I wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions, since it did lead to getting things sorted on the player level. Sadly Niantic has yet to even get back to me past the message ""We understand and apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do at this time"I fully admitted that I could login to another players account, and they couldn't careless.Skipping over the "colourful" words I would like to use, I'll just sum it up as: Niantic support and Niantic itself is a JOKE.Due to how serious the issue is, and the lack of Niantic caring about the well being of its players. I've filed a complaint with The Pokemon Company.I know other players have had major complaints, from game crippling Errors, not being able to login, game crashes, ect.Since Niantic doesn't seem to be able to handle the game properly, or provide efficient support. I would highly suggest to anyone to file a complaint... With The Pokemon Company. You do need a PTC account, but Link Here and click "Ask Question"I know Pokemon doesn't have access to the game, can't see our names in the game, or able to fix it since it's on Niantic's systems.
