"No Ghost pokemon here, events NEVER works"

#PokemonGO: Hi! I live in Burano, Venice, Italy. We are a group of guys that play Poke GO since day one, but since February (when the second generation was release) that here spawns almost just Marill, Staryu, Magikarp, Shelder and Remoraid, but the real problem is that ALSO during the events (like the grass one or all the other) our spawns NEVER change, no Ghost pokemon here. I wrote a lot of mail to the support but they just tell me to "clean the cache" (?!?!!!!)
