"Raids are losing me"

#PokemonGO: I did 3 raids today. I caught 1 of the 3, which is cool. I am ok with that. But we beat all 3 and mostly what I got rewarded with was revives and potions. That I then promptly threw away. I'm about ready to give up on using more than my one free pass a day.It's been a pattern lately for me.
