"Something I hope they finally fix in US/UM"

Totem Vikavolt not having any special moves! Seriously, the one Pokémon that felt like it was designed for summon battles and it doesn't take advantage of it.For those who don't know; Chargabug increases Vikavolts special attack when thrown out together. Totem Vikavolt spawns Chargabugs yet doesn't actually have any special moves to take advantage of the buff. It's a small issue but it always kind of annoyed me. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2ys2Gkg
