#PokemonGO: Yesterday we started a raid with 4 minutes left. Took it down and when I went to the capture screen, oh no, my bag was full!! I was unable to attempt a capture.I went through the submit a critical error ticket and Niantic responded within 24 hours. They gave me suggestion of finishing a raid with time left and to restart the app if the win screen doesn't come up. Additionally, they have gifted me a raid pass.Overall, I am happy with this and glad that Niantic support was able to help me out. I completely understand how upset and disappointed you must be.I looked into your issue and as a small gesture for the trouble I have added a new Raid Pass to your inventory. Please note that you may need to logout and log back in before this change is reflected.You should be redirected to the Bonus Challenge after you see the 'You Win' screen and receive the items from the Raid battle. If you experience an error at this time or during the encounter, please follow these steps: 1) Exit the app, clear cache and restart the app. 2) Click on the Gym and pause for a few seconds on the Raid Boss details screen. You will be redirected to the encounter screen that you were on before. Important: Do not click on the Battle button on the details screen.If the Raid is not active at the gym when you click on it, you will not get a chance to rejoin the encounter. We recommend you join the raid well in advance to allow you time to rejoin if needed.
