"Whats the deal with Incense"

#PokemonGO: So from my understanding walking with incense is meant to be pretty heavily incentivized. You get a whole bunch more spawns moving than sitting still... but for the past while that mechanic has not been working for me, the incense doesn’t spawn as reliably as it once did, it went from 1 spawn every 5 min sitting 1 per minute walking to a random spawn maybe every 8ish minutes if i am lucky in any situaion. Is it just me or are others experiencing this? Maybe time for a rework in the way incense works... via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2iSOLfP
