"Future Legendary Nerfs in store?"

#PokemonGO: So I was perusing the changes/nerfs to Ho-oh and Mewtwo here, and a question hit me: are we going to see the same thing happen to all future Pokémon that have a potential max CP over 4000? For Gen 3 that includes:Slaking: HP-300, Att-319, Def-201, Max CP-5442 (who is a pseudo-legendary, although we still don’t know how Niantic plans on dealing with the big guy, but I digress)Kyogre: HP-200, Att-296, Def-276, Max CP-4860Groudon: HP-200, Att-296, Def-276, Max CP-4860Rayquaza: HP-210, Att-312, Def- 187, Max CP-4359 and I’m not even including any of the Mega-evolutions, as there hasn’t been any mention of them yet.And as a rather honorable mention, Deoxys, who in normal form has a whopping attack stat of 345, the highest of any non-Mega that is, has been, and will be in this game. (This is leaving out the fact that it has paltry endurance, at best, with only HP-100 and Def-110.) It is the quintessential glass cannon.What do you guys think?
