"The EX Raid with no invite"

#PokemonGO: Hello everyone!I play in the south west of France and I wanted to share something that happened in my local group today. Maybe that will help figure out how EX Raid work.So, our local group is focused on a suburb area of Toulouse (1M+ people) and as many other cities, our only EX raids occured in parks. Most of them took place in large park located in the city center but luckily one spawned in the area of our local group: that was on the 11th of november.Since then, the park located in the center got EX raid each weekend but none for us after that first one. We tried to raid a bit on that specific arena but the raid spawned mainly in the day and we didn't manage to organize anything big. Here and there, some of us went there to do a solo tier 1-3 but that's it.Today, one person who lives close from the arena saw that a raid was about to start but that raid wasn't broadcasted on a website that tracks all raids in the city. He went there and realized it was an EX raid! He stayed there to see if anyone would show up but the zone remained desert.He told us all on our messenger discussion, everyone checked and no one had an invite.I see three options there:Would it be possible that Niantic launched an EX raid without sending any invite? That would mean a gym located in a park could get an EX raid no matter how important its activity is even if no one (or almost no one) raided there that week. (plenty of us got silver/gold badge on that gym)Only spoofers were invited: that would be a big statistic oddity. There is a big spoofer group playing in the city and I guess some of them could have solo raided there after we advertised our first EX raid there.Only very casual players were invited: our group isn't that big but the player base here isn't huge either. The first EX raid we got, we were around 16 and among those quite a big part were casual players below level 25 but all of them were in our messenger chat. None of the 16 players was unknown so that would also be a statistic oddity if only casual unknown players were invited.(4. a mix of spoofer and casual unknown players: statistically unprobable also)Anyone experienced that?
