"What Pokemon do you think got hit the hardest by a change or a nerf?"

So it's only recently I found out that Gale Wings only works at full HP now, and they reduced Dark Void's accuracy to 50%. OUCH.Got me thinking, which Pokemon do you personally got affected the most by a change brought into the game? Maybe a personal favorite of yours that became rendered almost useless thanks to a gameplay change?Was Darkrai really that OP that Dark Void got brought down to 50HP?
