"Your account will remain terminated??"

#PokemonGO: I haven't played for like 2 months because of my work. So when the 3rd Gen came out I was really hyped and asked some friends if we can go to some nests.So I started one week ago to play again. Today I was doing an Absol raid with 4 friends. After I've caught Absol I got a network error. I couldn't spin the GYM too. I restarted Pokemon GO and couldn't login anymore. I thought "wtf is this..." I always got the message in German "Spieldaten konnten nicht vom Server abgerufen werden." I was really pissed because we wanted to start an other raid -_- I always played legit and never used any 3rd party programs.So I contacted the Support today and got this message:"Hello Trainer,Thank you for contacting us.Sorry to know that you are unable to access your account.We’ve reviewed your account and confirmed you have broken the Pokémon GO Terms of Service and the Trainer Guidelines. As a result, your account will remain terminated.Please let us know if you have any further questions.Best, Shannon Niantic Support"What, wait... I am banned??? For what??? I did nothing wrong.
