Sometime about a year ago, I was playing Pokemon Sun when I decided I would breed for a completely 0 IV pokemon. It would be difficult, and it would be even harder than perfect 31 IV, because at least with that there are in game tactics to get pokemon with a few perfect stats, while the only way to get worst IVs would be simply luck.
