"At L37 or above, what converted you to from f2p to p2p?"

#PokemonGO: I feel it again... the pull to the Light.Tongue in cheek, but hoping for some actual replies. I've always had my moments of wishing for 9 eggs running, or less concern over item management etc, but I've always taken pride in being one of the stronger players in my area without spending $ to become that. Also honestly for many months I wasnt connected to a strong enough raid group that doing a ton of raids wasn't even an option- so i focused on setting up my team to solo 3's and maybe spent gym coins on a pass or 2 on the weekends. But now with the new gen 3 raid bosses introduced its kind of gotten stuck in my craw- I want a maxed Groudon, and will want Kyogre to be also, and I want shiny Mawhile and Absol(and maybe even max one of those so need candy), and I'm not over Tyranitar yet. And it seems my local raid group feels similar and has picked up the pace on raids. Also the slog from 37 upwards feels extra painful right now. Would love to get ultra boxes with super incubators and star pieces and lucky eggs... obviously all this was carefully crafted by Niantic lol.
