"Dear Niantic: Past Legendaries"

#PokemonGO: I think it would make the game more interesting if Niantic gave tier 5 eggs a small chance of hatching a previous legendary, something like 0.1% chance of spawning something different. What would be even better is if they gave the EX legendary a 0.00001% chance of hatching out of a regular legendary raid egg.
