"Ex-Raid Eligibility : Need additionnal research"

#PokemonGO: Hi thereUsing the discoveries made by /u/Tntnnbltn and the great Tutorial made by /u/budude2, I created a map of the theorically eligible gyms in my area. Then, I realized that 3 of them actually nerver hosted an EX raid.I found it really strange because :these 3 gyms are all located within an obvious park, meaning even "non-educated" people that have only read developper's comment about EX raid can target themThis park is surrounded by several business centers, generating a lot of traffic during lunch break alone.I know for a fact (having done a few raids by myself there) that these gyms are heavily targetted by both spoofers and legit players in an attempt to trigger Ex Raids. And then, no luck so far.So I checked the OSM data to see if something could explain this lack of EX Raids.Interestingly enough, the Park has two tags that every other park known to have host an EX Raid lacks :Barrier : FenceOp. Hours : 09-SunsetNiantic could very well use both these tags to prevent its algorithm to select an area with poor to none accessibility. Now, I need the community to check their own area to confirm or infirm that theory. It could help to narrow down even further the list of eligible gyms.TL;DR : 3 eligible gyms never actually hosted an EX Raids. They're within a park marked with tag about having a fence and opening hours in OSM.Could this be filtering criterias for Niantic's algorithm ? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2rP8TDK
