"[Initial Findings] The 15 minute timer spawn points & Shifting Spawns"

#PokemonGO: So I am basing this off a fairly small sample, but based on what I had, I made a prediction and it came true exactly at the time I predicted.So I have 10 spawn points reachable from my house, but I noticed that sometimes, a spawn point would shift from 1 Pokemon to another. I watched more closely and made a prediction based on 2 shifts and ended up perfectly predicting the next spawn point shift. Now, I don't know whether this is intentional by Niantic or not, but this could very well be a scanner deterrent and is being tested on a smaller scale.Here is my data:2:40 pm - A Pokemon was changed from 1 spawn to another. It went from a non-boosted Pokemon to a boosted Pokemon. The Pokemon spawned at 2:25 and was around for 15 mins before shifting to another 15 min spawn.6:40 pm - I was suspicious since there hadn't been a shift in a while but lo' and behold, it happened at 6:40. I wondered if it was perhaps a 4 hour gap between shift spawns and decided to watch.10:40 pm - No shifts between the last and then just a few mins ago where, as I predicted, it shifted. This time changing from a weather boosted 'mon to a non-weather boosted one, so it appears weather has no affect on this. Again, both spawns were 15 mins, and the 2nd one doesn't spawn if I catch the 1st one.This is only a very small sample, but having a potential baseline is how these things are started. So, for those of you who have spawn points you can easily track that do shift, watch them every 4 hours from when they shift and see if it happens again. Checking every hour is best.I'll continue my research into this when I am able to, but would appreciate others looking into this too! :) I have screen recorded every hour for proof if necessary, including when the shift happens and what it looks like.
