#PokemonGO: I would argue that it is windy, with it's boosts to Jynx (a good ice attacker), the Abra family, the Dratini family, the Ralts family, Scyther, Exxeggcute family, and when they drop, it will also boost the Bagon and Beldum families, as well as Lunatone, Solrock, and the Baltoy family, other than full clouds, I cannot think of a better weather condition to catch the most Meta relevant pokemon.
