"[Question] Has anyone hatched a skarmory or sudowoodoorecently"

#PokemonGO: I hatched 9 10ks recently, and fully expecting 9 skarmorys. But I actually got some really decent hatches (only three of the eggs were from the event).Just hatched 4 more, and again, not a single sudowoodo or skarmory. My friend also just hatched 5 10ks, and not a single one. Had anyone hatched them from 10ks recently (might suggest a removal from the egg pool which would be fantastic)?
