"What ever happened to Ludicolo?"

I love the design of the Lotad evolutionary line, and I regularly forget that they're somehow the only water/grass type line...But it seems to me that Ludicolo has been incredibly underrepresented. I know that Lotad is found in most games, but it seems like few, if any, trainers use Ludicolo.And considering this Pokemon has such a big representation in Coliseum as Miror B's iconic dancing partners, what gives??
