"Do fences on OSM remove eligibility for Ex-raids?"

#PokemonGO: Like the title states, I would like to know if a park surrounded by a barrier (barrier=fence in this case) retains it's eligibility for ex-raids. I tried several searches in both google and reddit but didn't find answers (perhaps I was just using the wrong keywords)While on the topic, I would like to ask if an area needs to be dark-green ingame for it to be considered a park regarding Ex-raids. An area shows up in the OSM query for ex raid eligibility but is not noticeable ingame.EDIT: Thank you for helping me out and answering my questions. Looks like there is no evidence of fences stopping ex-raids and a gym should be eligible if the park it is located on appears on the overpass query despite not appearing on the ingame map (Park must be on OSM since July 2016) via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2FOWcMK
