"Group leaders: have you noticed if always the same people find shinies, while others"

#PokemonGO: I manage a telegram group of about 35 people and, every single time a new shiny comes out, I can identify three different subgroups, based on their corresponding amount of luck:People who find one or multiple shinies within 50-100 encounters;People, like myself, who eventually find a shiny, but it takes them hundreds of encouters;People who don't find a single shiny, even though they play as much as the other ones, or even more. The problem is, these subgroups are always composed by the same people. There is a girl, in particular, who has got a dozen of (unique) shinies and she caught pretty much all of them at her house, where she has no more than 4-5 spawnpoints (she already caught 2 shiny hatted Pikachu, of course).I know the answer here is always "RNG" and my experience is anecdotal, but I really believe that there must be something else other than pure luck for this shiny thing. Has anybody else noticed a similar pattern in their group? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2CrsJJR
