"Awful, awful 100 turn stall war between walls that went over to Struggles [x-post from r/Stunfisk]"

I just had a battle with someone on Pokemon Showdown and it was a 100 turn stall war. I'll put up the video if anyone's interested in this battle to see our scum-iness first-hand.https://ift.tt/2uTlZkU between my Phione and his Milotic. Both of us have only Scald and Ice Beam for direct damage, had Rest and Recover respectively for recovery, and Rain Dance and Toxic as the fourth move. Now, looking at the PPs of these moves, I'm 8 PP short of him, so technically, when this battle would go to Struggling (as none of us could do much damage and have recovery), he would have won. But I chose to Rest while not setting up the Rain (so I don't wake up immediately with Hydration) so I could go a few turns not using my PP while he was forced to. At the end I had about 10 PP more than him and he Struggled to death. Wow, never doing this again.
