"Does anyone else want the ability to see if your starter is shiny before you pick it again, like in HG/SS?"

I feel like that should be re-added into the games, especially since seeing how it's getting progressively longer and longer before you can actually see your actual Pokemon. I want to know what you guys think of this, do you think that it should be re-added? I mean sure, it adds to the feeling of achievement, because it takes more time without it, but it steal feels pretty freaking awesome to reset for a shiny on HG/SS.
