"Visual indication of when the next stamp is available."

#PokemonGO: So the stamp circles are usually a dotted outline, but has anyone else noticed that the next stamp's circle becomes a solid outline when the stamp is available? Just noticed this when completing a quest today. Figured this would help the players that only do one or two quests a day.
